Tailor for selvedge jeans?

Anyone know a good tailor, preferably in the markham/rhill area, who can hem and more importantly taper selvedge jeans properly. I don't want the selvedge altered or be wider like what i read happens to more amateur drycleaning tailors.

I read that you would have to ask them to taper from the inseam, but will that affect the selvedge?

My jeans are unbranded ub101s
