I got this deal, the key really is to not use the app at all. I literally will only use the app when they give amazing discounts like this. Never order at full price. I regularly get emails for 50-75 percent off. I feel like if your account is not active for a certain period they offer these to get you back in. Door Dash does the same thing.

I also find if you have cash in your wallet, you will usually not qualify for these promos... Have 2 accounts with Uber cash and these codes don't work even thou last time I ordered was about 4 or 5 months ago... Ymmv...

Not true. I had around $65 gift card left on my account. I got the past 2 75% promos. Didn't get this one though.
