Tangerine - where do U find your Orange Key number?

If you log into the website, tap your name on the top right and go to Profile & Settings. There's gonna be a "Refer a Friend" section on the page with your orange key...in orange.

How come when I click on my “Refer a Friend” my orange key number is blank?!

I...have no idea how you got to that screen. Here's what mine looks like when I go to Profile & Settings. See the attached image.

Hm...interesting. Do you actually have a bank account open with them or do you only have the credit card or something like that?

Maybe you have an ad blocker that's preventing it from showing up? I don't know...

Chequing account, savings account, TFSA, credit card. I even got my mortgage through them when they were ING Direct!
I'm asking for help on RFD because it's almost impossible to get through to someone on the phone at Tangerine!

lol... damn. Yeah, I'm not sure then. Have you tried checking if there's an ad blocker issue?

Maybe try taking a look in the app? In the Android app, you can go to the More option along the bottom, go to Profile & Settings -> General -> Refer a Friend. I can see my orange key on this screen as well. Not sure if maybe that will work for you...

Hmmm... last chatted with them was last year so perhaps changed. Try putting live agent or something like that once logged in during business hours.

That's not an orange key. That's a white key on an orange background. I want to flick the graphic designer on the nose.

Do you have any kind of anti-scripting browser add-on, or advanced anti-virus that blocks javascripts?
It might be a side-effect of something like that.

Hi all, thanks for all your help.
No I don’t have any blocker. I used my laptop, iPad and phone going directly to their site and/or using the Tangerine app and no luck.
So I finally got through on the phone, they couldn’t find my Orange # as well and didn’t know why, so they just created a new one for me.
Now when I login, my new Orange # is showing like the screenshot @Asharp posted.
Frustrating to talk to someone but glad it’s all fixed
