[Amazon Canada] TaoTronics Cool Mist Humidifier 4L $46.45

Seems like a good deal to me, as the cheapest humidifiers I could find were around $30. And this one is bigger and displays the humidity.

Link is broken. https://www.amazon.ca/Humidifiers-TaoTr ... 146&sr=8-5

Words of caution: If you have asthma or allergic to dust particle, stay away from Ultrasonic humidifier or just use Distilled water. These type of humidifier work so well that it is breaking down all the particles in the water into the air. https://www.hvac.com/faq/white-dust-concerned/

If you do have allergy, asthma or other lung/sinus health conditions, use distilled water or buy a demoralization cartridge.

These are good humidifiers. I have two of them for a couple years now and they work fine. Think I paid $60 each so this is a good price.

I have 2 of them and been using it for a year, pretty good reliable humidifier.

Just make sure you use brita filtered water and not hard water. It's way easier to clean too than other ones I had before.

I recommend it on this price.

I use filter water straight out of my fridge and it’s been fine.

Tap water I got white dust particles.

Allergies already affect morale, I would try to avoid further demoralization with these cartidges.

Maybe demineralization cartridges will help.

Mold grows readily inside these things, so be careful.

That's entirely a byproduct of it not being cleaned properly or at all, and nothing to do with the unit itself.

My bad, darn, you gotta love auto correction. I meant "demineralization cartridge"

Just echoing other reviews. I now own 2 of these, they have been working great the last 3 winters. This is the price point to buy

Same as others. Already have 2 and buying a 3rd. The mold inside does get a little annoying to have to clean out.
