Apple EARPODS with Remote and Mic $28

Picked up a smart cover for my iPad Air today, great deal at $30, smart cases are $66, seems like all of them are on sale right now!

Thanks for the post. I was in need of replacing my headphone and this have save me dollars. Bought the earpods and a usb power adapter for work. Lucky i got the remaining usb power adapter at my local target.

Nationwide deal or clearance YMMV?

Thanks. Picked up a 12W usb adapter. Going to use it for my Nexus 7. This thing is compact and doesn't hog the other outlet.

i would highly suggest you get that blackberry playbook charger pretty much everyone on rfd got from amazon instead...

Walmart will have the same earpod headphones with mic on sale as part of their anniversary sale from Sept 18 - 24 as posted in one of the other threads for those that can't find them at Target in time.

+1. My girl said that the Apple earpods is the worst earphone that she had. And she love her Iphone.

I agree with you that the earpods are average sound with high price especially if you compared it with in-ear earphones like what you mentioned. Isolation of sound is a factor why they sound good. Ive tried in-ear and i had bad experience when my feet got stuck on the door of a train when i didnt heard the warning sound of the door closing (happened in other country). So im avoiding in-ear earphones. What is good with earpods is that they work/button compatible if you have apple devices. Real audiophile would use portable amplifier if your aiming for quality sound.

Also, i can vouch that the apple cables are durable compared with 3rd party sellers. Ive had many 3rd party cables lyng here. Another is warranty. I have no problems exchanging accessories in apple store. Ive got my lightning cable replaced the other month. No question asked just my name.

I could have grabbed another lightning cable just for extra this morning but decided the earpods and the usb adaptor iS enough. from op, these rarely are in sale.

Also to add, there was an article before, when they compared apple charger, samsung charger and chinese chargers to answer why usb adaptors fron apple are expensive when you can get 5dollar usb adptor at any store.It was noted that apple has the safest and best quality in usb charger.Cant remember what tech site was it.

the member considered getting the apple wall charger that was on sale for his nexus 7.

not only is the playbook wall charger from amazon much cheaper, it also draws in A LOT more electricity.

Thanks for the additional info. But i dont know that article. The only i knew is that when they compared it with samsung and some chinese knockoffs. I believe the article was published 2 years ago .
