Minimum balance to get fee rebate is $5000
Yes. It’s always $5000 to get the monthly fee waived.

This is a great deal.
I already had this promo before with 300 though.

With the all inclusive, you can get a credit card and waive the annual fee, and get the sign up bonus. You can also get checks for free. Even after you downgrade the account, you still keep the checks.

I switched the account to a no fee one after the first month, as the 300 posted really quickly.

Link your payTM to the new TD account, and make a payment to your credit card, and that gets counted as pre-authorized debit.

(Also do a credit card payment online with TD online banking)
No need to switch payroll to get 300 (or 500 in this case)

Sadly I have already taken advantage of the $300 offer in September. I’m blaming myself why not wait a bit longer... 🥺

Never wait. You never know what comes next. This regional offer seems to be a market dump. We'd never get that in TD CT's home province of Ontario.

Only for new clients... :(
Probably fine print that you'd have to lapse it for a certain number of years...or is this for GVR prospects with zero footprint at TD CT? Zero footprint is tough, that'd disqualify anyone with basic savings, CC's, uLOC, etc. at TD CT.

Definitely the easiest big bank chq account WB to hit.

Here is the details about "New Account" qualification. I have a joint account with TD. Am I considered a new customer if I open a new chequing account? Probably not.

---

Individuals who:
(i) Already have a TD chequing account or Youth Account or had either one of these accounts that was closed on or after November 26, 2017; or
(ii) received any chequing account offer from TD in 2015, 2016 or 2017; or
(iii) are TD staff members or joint with a TD staff member,
are not eligible for the $500 cash offer.

For any New Account that is a joint account, at least one accountholder on the New Account must meet the eligibility requirements. Limit of one $500 cash offer per customer per New Account.

You are right. We never know what is going to happen, including this bigger check Face With Tears Of Joy. The good thing is my wife is not holding any TD account before and maybe I can convince her to jump on that.

Yup, this is the highest and easiest bonus I have ever seen among Big 5. It’s a no brainer if you are in Vancouver area and qualified for this.

If I didn't have a preferred CHQ account I would have closed my account long time ago...in any case the next time the min is raised...I'll close it ..

Free credit card and safety box cannot convince you to keep the account?

Does anyone know if opening the All Inclusive account requires a hard or soft credit check?
