TD First Class Travel Visa Infinite (80k WB + FYF)

Promotion runs from March 4th to June 2nd.
*Edit: Promotion extended to Sept 3, 2019
**Edit2: Promotion extended to Dec 1, 2019

Welcome Bonus of 20k TD Points after first purchase, Additional 60k TD Points after $1000 spend within 3 months. (For QC, no minimum spend required, extra 60k points will appear in 90 days of good standing.)
The annual fee is rebated for the first year.

Update (June 3, 2019):
Turns out the deal was changed on June 3. Thanks to @mzmoney for the heads up. The new deal sadly not as good:
Welcome Bonus of 20,000 TD Points when you make your first Purchase with your Card.
40,000 TD Points when you spend $2,000 within 90 days of Account opening.
Anniversary Bonus of 20,000 TD points when you spend a total annual amount of $10,000 and keep your account open, active and in-good standing for 12 months after Account opening.
For QC, it is:
Welcome Bonus of 20,000 TD Points when you make your first Purchase with your Card.
40,000 TD Points when you keep account in good standing for 90 days after opening.
Anniversary Bonus of 20,000 TD points when you keep your Account open, active and in good standing for 12 months after Account opening.
Update 2: (Sept 3, 2019) - Deal is kinda dead now Astonished Face
The card is still first-year free but the welcome bonus has changed significantly
New welcome bonus:
20k TD points awarded on first purchase
Double TD points earn rate for the first 3 months up until 60k TD points bonus cap is reached.
The regular earn rate is 3 points per $1 spent (1.5% return). This is doubled to 6 TD points per $1 (3% return) for the first 3 months after your card is activated.

Therefore, to earn the full 60k bonus TD points, you will need to spend $10,000 within the first 3 months...

Alternatively, if you know you will be travelling, you can spend on ExpediaForTD which gives a special earn rate of 18 TD points per $1 during the first 3 months of card activation (normally earn rate is 9 TD points per $1 on ExpediaForTD).
This means if you spend $3333 on ExpediaForTD you will get the full 60k bonus TD points.

No longer a hot deal. But it still might be worth it for some people.
The 20k TD points awarded on card activation is worth $100 on ExpediaForTD, or $80 statement credit on any travel-related purchase.

If you manage to collect the full 80k TD points:
80k TD points is worth $400 on ExpediaForTD, or $320 statement credit on any travel-related purchase.
If you plan on cancelling before the first year is up: 60k TD points is worth $300 on ExpediaForTD, or $240 statement credit for travel-related purchases. (This only mattered for the Jun3-Sept3 promo)

Note, only one welcome bonus per 6 months across all TD cards.
I just got the Infinite card (the Aeroplan one for 30k aeroplan miles), so does this mean I shouldn't bother with this one?

Will update deal more once it goes live.
Are you sure? The fine print seems to suggest only no welcome bonus if you opened the same card within 6 months no?

I'm think OP meant one welcome bonus every 6 months per individual TD credit card product (which even then is YMMV). TD Aeroplan is a separate credit card product entirely, so you should be good to hold that & the FCT Visa Infinite simultaneously - correct me if I'm wrong though.

From my experience with this card, the points post almost immediately upon hitting the minimum spend.

What's the point of saying 80K without saying what it equals to?

These points transferable to any other programs? Aeroplan, Amex MR, etc...

It's every 6 months eh? I opened my CB Infinite in September, so I'll do this in April/May. One of the best welcome bonuses I've seen for this card

Unfortunately not. To get the full value you need to use their expediafortd to redeem otherwise points are worth less which is annoying but this is a good sign up bonus nonetheless. Most likely won’t work for product switches unfortunately.

Is this after balance is paid off?
