TD Direct Investing - getting final statement

I recently did a transfer/close out of my TD Direct Investing account. However, I'm having one hell of a time getting a final statement of account from TD that has a listing of the securities that were sold and transfer fees that were charged.

I can still log into their site, which says that I should be able to see past statements (I can't). I messaged them and they just messaged back that they can't provide it and it's not actually available online, to go into a branch (and though I was clear, they seem to think it's about a banking account). Going into the branch for Direct Investing stuff in the past has not been fun.

I would've thought that they would've mailed, emailed or provided it online but nope. Any ideas? I'll go in and/or call them but I'm a bit irritated at their lack of communication/transparency.

Did you close your td direct investing account at a local TD branch? It could take weeks.

If you go to one of the main td waterhouse branches...might be able to close it fast.

I initiated the transfer-and-close from the Questrade side of the TFSA. QT will reimburse me the transfer fee if I upload the statement showing the fee, but I can't seem to get the statement. Honestly, I think it's only 50 bucks but also I'd like to know what my final profit/loss on the account is. Yeah, will try going into a branch...

To avoid this issue, just leave 100$ in the account, do the transfer, wait for the statement and only then close your account
