TD1 Help

Looking for some help.
I work, and my wife stays at home and raises our 2 sons.
She does however receive a statement every year showing the amounts paid from Universal child care benefit.
Every year we get a big tax refund. We would rather see that on my regular pay.
My employer never hands out a TD1. Can someone show me the amounts to put in on this form ?
Thanks for the help.
Here's the form in question.

Line 6 - Spouse or Common-law amount
Line 10 - Amounts transferred from from your spouse or common law partner.

Look at your previous-years tax return. Learn what drives up your refund and put the value on Line 10.

Most of the employers never hand you out a TD1 - at least not an annual basis.
You have to be proactive yourself and take care to fill out such form at the beginning of each calendar year. Don't forget to also hand out a provicial equivalent of the same TD1 - which although doesn't give you more deductions/personal credits, it helps optimizing the overall tax withheld with each paycheque.
