TDSB - Intro To Digital (Learn 4 Life)

Has anyone ever taken the 'Intro To Digital' course with TDSB (Learn 4 Life)?

I have a digital camera (SX20IS), and I would like to learn how to get better use out of it.

Does anyone recommend taking this?
