iPhone 6s has no built-in wireless charging capability.

The iPhone 8 and newer and most Samsung s6 and newer have built-in wireless charging capability.

The preferred solution by Apple is to get an iPhone 8 or newer Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes

didn't buy this so can't speak to the quality.
At which store did this come from?

I don't really get the whole wireless charging thing. It's cool technology, but are we just too lazy to plug your phone in?

It could be useful, let say, integrated under a table?

I'm pretty good at plugging in my phone because I can see from the battery indicator how much juice I have left. I got a charging pad - Anker, not this one - for my BT ear buds because by the time I get the low battery warning I'm already on my way somewhere. So I just toss the case in the charger at night and no more surprises.

My kids have wrecked more than 1 phone by breaking the charging port.

Just my input here, my sister has an iPhone X, it got extremely hot while wireless charging using this Dollarama one. She took it off, was fine. Then when she went to charge it again, phone shut off. Never to turn on again. So beware, then again we might just have had a defect, or maybe her phone was about to go anyways and it was coincidence.

Were you able to put it in recovery/DFU mode? ReiBoot works well.

I still rarely use my wireless chargers since getting an 18W cube and USB-C lightning cable, 1/2h = 50%

Nothing worked, and it smelt burnt inside. Battery probably failed and apple won't allow it to turn on if no battery or defective battery, at least I don't think it allows a pass through. She backs up her stuff so don't really care about recovery, Rogers will replace it for her under our Rogers protection plan so it's all good. Never touching cheapo chargers anymore though

Does it work with Nokia Lumia 630, 640, 650 (Windows phones), with Huawei GR5 and with LG G5 (that one has fast charging, unlike other two ... and the charger's end for it wider than regular ones / micro ones).

Same thing happened with the iPhone x I got for my friend but he always used an original Samsung qi charger. Apple had to replace it since they could not get it to charge wirelessly after they were finally able to turn it back on to run diagnostics.

Hmm, then it could just simply be coincidence and it wasn't the fault of the Dollarama one. I will get her to try it on the new iPhone they give her, if it breaks again, we know the culprit
