Someone should try texting MORE or DATA to 7765 and see if it'll work to see if you'll qualify. I haven't tried but there's no hurt trying to see if you'll qualify right?

If I can get this on my wife's shareable plan, that would be amazing. Could easily add a couple more $30 byod lines (when they have the additional line promos) and share the data

What do you guys think about this price for data?

I'd like to get my parents some data for traffic updates. I want the smallest / cheapest plan possible because I don't think the map will be much data.

Thoughts on $10 a month?

My 2 year plan was coming to an end soon and I was hoping to switch off Telus then!

If I sign up with this am I able to cancel my current data plan if I'm signed up to a corporate plan?

Did the Hi trick. Got the text with the offer.
Now I have to figure out how to get data working.
Didn't get a text saying data was being charged or that it was activated.
I'm also setup at Telus to block data at the central - not just my phone.

I think a chat with Telus support is in order.

The offer apparently won't work with my $10 500 minute plan.
The Telus rep was surprised by the offer and she went so far as to say that the text might have even been a phishing attempt.
Yes, she had an Indian accent.
However, when I selected the link in the actual text, it took me to what I am sure was a valid Telus page.
