I signed up for this promo and I was told the same thing. One sales rep gave $300 port in credits with a reduced phone price and another gave $400 credits but the phone price was higher.
Just a different way to sell the same program I guess.

I spoke to a small business TELUS rep and the RBC promotion has changed from 10 Gb to 20 GB by paying $2.50 extra per line. They are also offering a huge port in credits. Let me know if you want me to share the contact details of the rep.

A rep called me. Port credits are same as before. Basically $300 and then $100 toward hardware (thats why say an Iphone 11 is $25.83 vs $30 -- its ($30*24-$100) / 24 = 25.83)
He said tomorrow all the deals will be out b/c Black Friday, so he said will call me then. So based on that, hopefully it means he expects something better tomorrow.
Note the Telus deal is better than Costco small business deal currently (to the tune of around $100 per line -- due to the additional hardware credit). So tomorrow, depends if Costco discounts more -- and how much, vs Telus.

I put in an order yesterday and just to clarify for everyone here:
1. The base price is 10GB for $75/month - $10 RBC promo Credit = $65/month (Based on comments above this may have changed to $67.5 for 20gb now)
2. $20 Multiline credit which reduced the monthly to $45/month Per line
3. $200 port in credit + 100 activation credit = Total $300 credit applied over the first 5 bills ($60/discount each month) Per line
4. My rep said referral credits do not stack on this promo unfortunately
5. If you have existing Telus/EPP plans you will not be eligible for the $300 credit for that particular line (though you would be eligible with a new line)
6. Taxes for any phones added to the plans are paid upfront
Hope that's helpful for you guys and thanks to OP for a great deal

Well, I didn't notice this thread until today for some reason. Just finished porting in 3 lines to Telus using RBC Business offer.
Ported two yesterday. $60 for 20GB / $50 for 10GB.
Samsung S20FE - $6.67 per month. Taxes ~$50 upfront. $190 Buy Back.
Google Pixel 5 - $11.67 per month. Taxes ~$50 upfront. $90 Buy Back.
Ported one line today. $52.50 for 10GB
Motorola G Fast - $0.83 per month. Taxes ~$3 upfront. $0 Buy Back.
All 3 lines received $300 port in credits for a total of $900 which would be given out over 5 months, starting either in the first or second month.
The rep I dealt with had ironically called me on a different plan I had enquired about around 1 1/2 months ago. Told me to wait until this week. Asked me if I was an RBC customer as he was looking for the best deal for me. I was rather impressed as he was pretty on the ball. Not my usual experience with the industry.

So just $300 bill credit will be applied to the bill as the the $100 hardware credit already reflects to the device price. Correct?
