I am assuming this is for certain businesses only?

I feel bad I didn't get the absolute best price. Black Friday and Cyber-Monday specials are always a bit of a gamble. If you go into soon you miss out on something better. If you wait to long you miss out all together.

I am still quite satisified though. As I definitely came out of ahead of any other time of the year.
Is there no way of switching back? (EPP->Consumer)?

The deal I got from the consumer line was better than what I was offered from my EPP.

Out of curiosity, has anyone had success speakign with a telus epp specialist? They sent me an e-mail to set up a call, but not sure if they can offer anything I don't see on the portal.

The thing is this sale at EPP is still ongoing but not the one at Telus.

I called several times, no luck. Looks like in the system they just can't do. I signed up with EPP, but I was regretting I should've gone to the consumer line with discounts.

Yes I called today and they could not offer the deal from yesterday.

I didn't try. It was a one day deal. My guess is they would make me return the phones I ordered to do a brand new order. Which would have taken more than one day to complete. But I didn't try. Maybe they would have just updated the existing contract...

I just got off the phone with the EPP group and they gave me 25 gigs (not the 20 like in the first post on this thread), USA/Canada plan for $65 which I took as I was paying $56 for 15gigs Canada only before.

Thanks for posting this as the extra $9 for me is well spent for the USA plan. I don't think I really came close to the 15 gigs I had before so the extra 10 gigs isn't as important to me.

Edit: I should also note that I'm on a month to month EPP plan as I own my own device (Iphone 8) so this price doesn't include a new phone from Telus.

The plan is called "EPP Unlimited 25 $65 CAN-US"

good for you, maybe it has something to do with the location? I just called again, 3 different agent , "There is no plan for US/CAN 25 for $65" every-time! :(

It's odd as I can't even find a reference to the 25 gig USA-Can plan, only the 20 gig plan.

I'm not sure if this plan is missing things that the other USA-CAN plans have as I'm not overly familiar with all of the various features.

Here is a screen shot of my plan:

I just tried again, I am from BC (Vancouver) , got the same answer, she even put me on hold checked with her manager, said nothing shows in my system for that price!
I am not sure, but could it be that EPP deals differ based on where you work? can someone confirm this plz?

The 25gb plan seemed to only pop up for a couple days around the end of last week. I called back in as soon as I saw a post about it and the Rep had no knowledge, but looked and it was there. She seemed surprised, switched me on it, took all of 5 minutes. Aside of the extra 5gb, it is exactly the same as the 29gb plan. You can also positely ask for VVM @ no cost. Worked for me.

Nice, so we are on the same plan. From your understanding, we don't have to pay any other roaming fees if you travel to the USA and want to use the phone for data, voice calling or texts, correct? It's interesting as if I go to the "add on" section, it has something about adding on a $7 per day charge for when you travel to the USA and I was under the impression that wasn't required on this plan.
