Just as it sounds OP.

Terminated listing means the listing/contract was terminated by a party (maybe they decided not to sell, they want another agent...).

Suspended means that it's temporary suspended by a party (maybe they want to wait until a holiday is done, maybe they are sick and want no showings/marketing until they are better...).

To add to Cdnrealestateguy. A suspended listing is sometimes one where:

- the listing is in valid but it was taken off the market for a short time. Some reasons are out of town, a family event, a repair.

- the seller wanted to cancel but the brokerage refused. By keeping it as a suspended listing, it cannot be relisted or shown by any other Realtor.
