This is a extinction level problem that no one talks about. And the root cause seems to be endocrine disrupting effects of stuff like petroleum byprods- stuff like BPA in food, and estrogen in the water supply from birth control pills.

This is the part of the obesity epidemic nobody talks about. When you're fat as **** your testosterone drops.

I am not surprised. Life is much more stressful these days than 30-40 years ago - I am sure that contributes to this too.

Working on vehicles either out of necessity or hobby.
Doing burnouts.
MANual transmission
MENergy Drinks
Big V8's, turbos, superchargers.
Handbrake turns.
Hollering and other generally obnoxious behaviours.
Diamond handing key stocks.
Take a dump and piss right after within the same flush.
Workout around women who are also working out. Instant test spike and strength gains guaranteed or money back.

Cold showers.
Stretching, key yoga poses
Lifting - mostly compound movements. Squats for example boosts testosterone. Our legs/lower body stores most of our test. Use it or lose it.

This is no surprise. Lots of men are very feminine these days. Men are losing their jobs because they flirted with a female.

Seems the only difference between men and women these days are their genitals. It's the reason so many men are growing beards, to keep that last bit of their masculinity. It's quite sad.

You don't even understand what toxic masculinity means so you're better off not using it.

That's right.

And there is no escaping it because it is everywhere ... in the air, in our food, in the water, in our clothes ... and it doesn't matter where you live, in the city or suburbia or some nice exurbia enclave.

And some company shill will say, well, the levels are TINY ... ALMOSTY NOTHING .... Sure. And those tiny almost nothing levels accumulate over a life time and have unpredictable effects on you, and your children - thats right, the damage is genetic and is passable to your offspring.

Even the well off are affected - thats how bad it is. Sure, they can buy better, higher quality food ... but again, these endocrine disrupting products are everywhere.

There is no silver lining here. Its a bad scene.

Testosterone can be increased when men are around stronger men. Unfortunately, nobody plays competitive sports or recreational as much as 30 years ago. Today we're used to consuming many products to that can affect it.. Honestly, this news doesn't surprise me.

It is about the money.

Jobs that pay good money (potentially lots of money) require sitting down in front of a computer for 10+ hours a day...

Which triggers changes in our lifestyle... you already posted some of them above... over weight, low physical activity levels, over-consumption of processed foods / high sugar foods, huge amounts of caffeine during the day that disrupt sleep, etc. etc. etc.

This issues started 40 years ago, and it was something small first, but now we see socio-bahviour changes in our society, young men very often have two options, dig ditches for minimum salary, or try to get into a computer-based job...

All I am saying is that the change in the labour landscape is connected to this issue.

well not only has testosterone become "toxic" and "bad", as well as crazy low levels to point of needing serious discussion, but if u go look into it, mens sperm counts have become so low, they say if it was an animal it'd be on the endangered species list just before extinction. apparently down more than 50% and soon will readh 90% . preetty messed up, but i guess thats just a "conspiracy theory"

So sports is the answer? I know a ton of masculine men that dont play sports. They are called farmers, ranchers and people that dont live in the city
