Texts from Android not going to iPhone, but the iPhone's are coming to android?

Texts from Android not going to iPhone, but the iPhone's are coming to android?

My wife switched from Android to an iPhone and we are trying to figure out why my text messages don't go through ( I'm on Android right now too) to her iPhone. She can message me just fine but I can't message her. One of the ladies she works with can't message her either. I assume we are doing something wrong.

Could her old phone be causing the issue somehow?

Is send and receive SMS enabled on the iPhone?

Yep, she can get messages from other phones just not from two of us. We checked if either of us were blocked and we are not.

It's odd.

Yes, it is just the two phones (that we are aware of).

Have her remove her phone number from Google RCS Messaging here.

After a bit it should start working, but if not you can turn Enhanced Chat Features on your messaging app off then back on again and it should work.

This is basically the same as iPhone users using iMessage who then switched to Android.
