It means your FICA score or credit history must $uck. I got no issues getting a $3K limit from the start and am sure I can get it bumped up easily.

Has anyone been able to use this promo code? No matter what I do, it does not apply to items in my cart (items are not on the exclusion list). I've called customer service and they were unaware of the promo code and don't know how to get it to work either. Help is much appreciated. Thanks!

So many name brands are excluded for this sale.

So far my email conversation with the CSR is still ongoing:

CSR @ 1:31 pm: I'm still waiting for our specialist's response about the code: STYLE why it's not working. Thank you.

I hope they manage to fix the problem before Bay Days is over. Very good deal for some on sale dress shoes (~$100) as this means any non-excluded item (~$50) would be free. Hopefully more people have contacted them and made them aware of the situation.

Ended up returning a lot of things that we bought with the 40% code. They were all on sale now, cheaper then 40% discount and on top of that we saved and additional 15% by using code Save.

Here's ex:
Last week bought Jeans $100 w/ 40% code = $60
NO it's on sale for $49 and you save an additional 15%

newest promo code: EXTRA works with any payment method to save 10%. No further details yet.

Here is my experience with HBC over the years. Almost everything always goes on sale. If you see something you like, buy it and wait for a sale to exchange it.

I called in and spoke to a CSR again. This time he was able to do the transaction with me over the phone and apply the $50 off promo code on sale price merchandise. Instead of applying the code, he pretty much just took $50 and divided that by the amount of merchandise and then took that amount off each item. Not sure if you want to give it a shot or if it's worth the hassle, but at least it worked. Got 2 pairs of dress shoes and a swim wear for $179 (regular price $367).

Has anyone ever returned an item purchased through paypal? They just refund it in the form of cash right?

If my order was majority Nike products and 1 CK shirt is it worth trying? I'd probably get shut down because Nike is excluded right? I mean...it always says Nike is excluded but some Nike items still work with the discount code
