[The Bay] Bay Point Blanket Queen Sized - $254 (after coupon code)

The Bay has all its point blankets on sale, but the Queen is $299.99 (reg $450). Sale price shows up when you add it to cart.

Edit:

Thanks for the posts about coupon code “BAYDAYS” -$45 and 5% ebates.

5% back on EBates.

This is a pretty great deal. IF you’re in the market for a $300 blanket.

Edit: Talk about inflation. Back in 2015 when I got mine, the original price was $395, and after discounts and taxes it worked out to $285. Normal retail price on the same queen size is now $450. I guess this makes the deal even better, but yikes at the retail price increase.

Great deal
Use code BAYDAYS for another $45
Brings it down to $255

Also if you pickup in store there's a promo on the main bay page for 2000 Hudson reward points - enough for $10 GC or 50 airmiles

Is it worth it? What's so special about it?
I see the grey version is also at $300.

It's WOOL Heirloom. In case of emergency situation it's Perfect. They usually use it in the army. This one is white so... You could get a used for $50-100 .

If you can find these used for $50 buy all you can
You can't find these in 2nd hand shops anymore
It's a heavy wool warm blanket for Canadian winters.
We love ours
But again do you have $300 to spend on a blanket? And do you want to.

Bought a king size last year for $225 during a price error. At the time I thought I was stupid for spending that much on a blanket, but now I couldn't imagine my bed without it. Perfect amount of warmth for 3 seasons and I find the weight of it great for sleeping. Properly cared for this blanket will last a lifetime. You spend 1/3 of your life in bed, might as well enjoy it. Splurge a little.

hows the warmth of this compared to a down duvet around this price point? my gf is always super cold in bed and i'm looking for the warmest possible blankets for winter next year. maybe this layered with a down duvet will work wonders?

^ Absolutely this over a down duvet would be incredibly warm! I just grabbed one. They don't go on a good sale like this very often. Thanks for sharing OP!

These blankets are absolutely wonderful and I have two already. I have a Pendleton wool blanket as well but prefer the HBC ones more.
