Good steel, keeps an edge, lightweight, good grip, and there is a good assortment in this set. It's subjective, but also a good design aesthetically. The set is good, but realistically, you need one, a chef's knife. I have other "better" knives, but my global G2 chef's knife is my go-to.

Bought this during last sale for $299. My wife and I can vouch it's worth the investment. We love the Global knives!

I’d rather a magnetic knife block, do they go on sale without a knife block? If yes how much are they usually?

In for two 7-Piece Knife sets, two Minosharp Plus 3 Ceramic Water Sharpeners, and a faux fur throw for a total of $822 after taxes. The code "SAVE" discounts the price by $300 once you reach a subtotal of $1000. Going to try to sell the extra knife set and sharpener for $400 once they arrive.

PM me. I may be interested in the knife block if the price is right and if you’re willing to part out

I love my Global knives. If I didn't already have some, I'd 100% buy this as it's a good investment.

If anyone knows they don't need their bread knife from this set and want to sell just the bread knife for $40, please pm me!

Good deal, but would be better if 15% CB.

Would jump on this if not for owning all these knives already. Not too fond of the 5" chef knife and vegetable knife TBH, I'd swap them for a 7" fluted chef knife and a Santoku but that's just me.

I like the upright and transparent look of the block from the kabuto set, but would prefer bamboo or hardwood and real glass sides.

I read that the handles on Global knives are a bit shorter than other brands. Does anyone here have larger hands and owns these? Is the handle comfortable/ergonomic to hold?

Do the two metal bars scratch up your knives?
