You can call or go through live chat to get the shipping reimbursed. I talked to them before I bought it because it was going to charge me and they said I could either place the order over the phone to waive it or order online and talk to them to get it back. But when I put the order through, it didn't charge me for shipping in the end so I didn't have to.
