[The Bay] Mikasa Cheers 8-Piece Stemless Wine Glass Set for $24.99 (Reg. $179.99)

Airmilesshops.ca has 5X air miles at the Bay + 15X sitewide until Dec. 4, so 19X as the base miles would be counted only once.

Reason: don't add "molten hot" to title, it's derailing thread

I like how 750,000 people are ‘shopping this deal’

I don’t think air miles has 7500 subscribers let alone 3/4 of a million Face With Tears Of JoyFace With Tears Of JoyFace With Tears Of Joy

1) These never sold for $179.99

2) The "Mikasa" name isn't what it was way back - Mikasa makes lower quality products like this intended to sell at this price point and hopes people fall for its brand recognition.

$3 per glass? I don't think so. I'll go check Dollarama.

FWIW amazon sold these a long time ago for around ~$70 so $25 is still a good deal.

We’ve bought these before. Extremely fragile, and two boxes had broken glasses by the time they were delivered

Have had these for a couple years. Great glasses, used often. Good gift idea.

Thought stemless affects the wine due to the warmth off your hands?

Not to mention the inappropriate opening/mouth size. If you're going to drink wine in those, just grab a mug and save some $.

Have been using these glasses for years, not just for wine, they make great water glasses when hosting etc.

Fragile for sure, but for $30 I'd recommend these all day.

These are great glasses. I have a set that I have been using for the past 10 years. Durable, elegant, versatile. Use them for water, juice, wine, any type of cold drinks.

Just bought another set ....thx OP

In most settings you aren't going to hold on to it for more than a few sec, it isn't an issue. Wine change gradually anyway. I switched all my glasses to stemless to avoid accidents.

And they're great glasses, I use them from wine to hard liq to coke.

Still a good deal since these typically go for like $60. Definitely a scummy marketing trick to bump it up to its 2017 msrp then discount down though.

Ah, the classic "molten hot" karma of RFD.
