Like the S/M vs. M/L? The packs are designed to fit certain torso length ranges, so you need to check the sizing charts to make sure you're buying the correct fit for your build. Otherwise it will be uncomfortable when loaded up with weight. I'm 5'9" and use a S/M personally.

It’s best to go into a shop that has this backpack to try it on, preferably with some weights inside to see which of the S/M or M/L fits your body best before purchasing. The sales associate will fit you with the best size for your measurements.

Code only works with new accounts. Tried it with my existing account, didn't work, got error message saying "Code already used".

So I tried with the guest checkout, and once I used another email address, I got the extra 10% off.

I bought 2 of the Kestral 68L packs. With the extra 50% off the second bag, it was too good a deal. This is really cheap for Osprey backpacks.
