Good:
-no minimum on $25 card
-valid for 4 months including Boxing Day
-might be able to stack with newsletter sign-up coupon

Bad:
-expires
-have to spend $150 online or $100 in-store

Can you really stack with coupon? Terms say:

"Online Bonus Card may be redeemed in-store or online. Cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon or discount."

I'm wondering if that has been enforced in the past....

If I spent $150 for online purchase/order and use a sign-up coupon will I still get the $25 bonus?

I'll find out in up to 72 hours, I guess. Though the terms say you can't combine with coupons or discounts so I'm highly doubting it.

yes as long as it's over $150 after discount.

so basically
online : Pay $100 to get $150 = 33% off
in store : Pay $75 get $100 = 25% off.

Online is better and you can get ebates or gcr rebates.

Just asked through chat and they said you will get the gift card as long as the total is more than $150 after coupon.

Very cool. So with the sign up coupon and the gift card, this undoubtedly makes this the single best method to get the new PS4 Pro for ~$450. Thanks OP. Ordered.

Ordered online worth more than 100 but less than 150.

Got an email for the $25 to be used starting December first.

Psst...You can use the email sign up in-store! There is a section about it at the bottom of the email where the cashier hits F9 and enters email coupon. That makes in-store better.
