The outrage will be even worse if a couple people actually do get one, though I expect there only ever was one unit (if that). So only one person will actually get one... it should be whoever ordered it first but who knows.

How good is this TUF model? I previously owned entry level ASUS and had the worst experiences with the overall laptop build, with wifi issues, disk issues, etc.kowell wrote: ↑ It's a 2 year old model that was replaced by a more modern one last year.
Probably a fire sale and low stock volume so I don't expect cancellations.
CPU is a little on the weak side but pairs nicely with the GTX1650 for some light gaming, still miles ahead of the usual crap you find at this price point.
The only negative about this older TUF model is the lack of USB-C
Hell of a deal if you can get one.

Although it seems unlikely that all or any of us will get this super hot deal, I have found some other hot clearance items in the past at The Source and received them without issue. Phone cases for $1 that typically sell for $80, good quality audio/video cables for a few dollars, for example. I also scored the Sony XF-1000XM1 for around $80 last year. They were dead out of the box so Sony replaced them with the newer XM3.
When they have older stock to clear out, the deals are really awesome.
