I got really excited because I thought this was some sort of military grade elemental cesium for $7.99.

Can I use this at home or do I need to join the armed forces first? Can I buy it while the deal is on and join the armed forces later?

I'm no expert but looks about as military as those $10 tactical flashlights are tactical.

Hey guy's you might want to google the terms;

MIL-STD (defense standard)
MIL-DTL (defense detail spec)
MIL-PRF (defense performance spec)
MIL-SPEC (defense specification).

But 8 bucks for a couple of 18650 battery cells is win.
Nice find OP.

Can't tell from the picture/description but it's possible it's USB-C for input only (i.e. charging the power bank, not the device/phone).

Can anyone confirm?

DIY idea:

If these are 18650 betteries inside. Open/break the package. Take the batteries out..... use them for vape pens.... and other things. Must have a seperate li ion battery charger.

I find most of them are spot welded, not sure how to get them apart.

A snipper.
But you need to check the specs of those 18650 cells. They have different rating for discharge rate.

Actual military personnel know that anything being advertised as "military" is a bad thing...
