Have had my eye on this for a while. Saw the arlo pro 3 post on amazon and wanted to share.

$369 in store clearance at canadian tire at most stores. I was able to get it for $269 at my store which may be a sign of whats to come.

This one limited to 1080p and no bult in spotlight, but it has free cloud recording which the new ones dont.

Bought arlo pro 3 with 3 pieces of camera from Costco. 549$ . It is on the way right now. But I am thinking of returning them for Eufy cam 2C . Not a bad deal in amazon for around 400$(taxes in) for 3 camera + base set

The arlo pro 3 - 3 camera costco deal was appealing, and i could use 3 cameras but the cloud thing was what ruined it for me. Amazon had 2 camera arlo pro 3 for $399 earlier, but it seems back up to $489.
Not sure how the eufy compares, I've got an audio doorbell from walmart clearance that I need to put to use so it was arlo or nothing for me

It was around 60$ more for 2 cam starter kit . I bought an extra Eufy cam E due to the magnetic mount and better battery . Eufy cam 2 camera has better quality and more battery life.. but I can live with cheaper 2C .

I ll find out soon. Will have both set to play with for the weekend . If eufy cam works great I might as well return the arlo without even opening the box. You are right the subscription kinda kills the deal . As a tru RFD follower, I pulled trigger on 11th October 11pm :-) when the offer was just about to expire .

thanks, also the homebase is newer on the 2!!! I am trying to decide between the two as well for the wireless functionality.
