Both my kids in Jr. HS are using this chromebook for school. I bought them at $220+ BNIB. They both are still using them 2 and 3 years into its life. They are mainly use Google Classroom, Netflix, Youtube, and light Roblox.
It is an average chromebook and an upgrade from elementary/covid 10-11" for sure.
Battery life is slowly degrading over 2 years at ~6 hour-ish life. The screen is dimmer than I thought.

My kids and parents blow through cheap Chromebooks about every two years. One's already had an apple juice spill but I was feeling handy so I took it apart and cleaned it. Might as well always have a replacement handy and this is thereabouts the price I'm willing to spend. in for one.
