Just picked up my pair, aaaaaaand they don't turn on. The power light, lights up when it's charging, but the power button doesn't function so I can't turn these on. Whelp, refund it is :/

Ya, they have issues with the power button. Mine have been useless. Full charge and won't turn on

Picked mine up today, and I have the same issue... Too bad, cause I use a similar (non W1 chip) Anker headset to put under my helmet when I'm on my motorcycle.

Same issue for me. Charging all night wont turn on. Apple is sending me a box to return and replace them.

If you want I have a brand new sound system for your helmet. I bought a two pack and only ever used one.

Thanks for the offer, but I swap between 2, sometimes 3 helmets during the season, and the easiest way to be able to hear maps/navigation was to use wired headphones like this. Very appreciated though.

I figured I would just get another dud if replaced. I’m guessing they have been sitting so long the batteries are done for and won’t take a charge.
