Apparently there is. It was pointed out to me when I mentioned that the app is missing a reboot option. I have not used the PC studio app, so I cannot tell you what menu it is located in but it is there for sure.

so i managed to install this thing. omg, took me like 2hours! 30mins of it trying to fish the wires thru the door/wall lol..i butchered the door too many holes but good thing the door bell covers all the holes! inside door has one hole but ugly 'red/white' twisted wires running along the wall....i think my mom is gonna freak when she notices the wires!
i cant hook up to 5hz , no reception and the doorbell is like 15ft away, maybe the walls/interfere with it, so i had to use the 2.4ghz wifi...also i mounted it too HIGH up on the door so half of my video is of the blue sky lol SMH, i should have lowered it and pointed it downwards, hi def video is pretty good quality in daytime color, beats all my 1080p security cams...night vision will be bad i think

Took the plunge, geez delivery Jan 20th, Amazon and Bestbuy can do it in 2 days, all to save $10 lol

I wonder if it's worth purchasing more licence for my Synology NAS... already have 2 Reolink cameras lined up to the hooked up

Hey guys, I just installed the DB1 doorbell today. When a person gets close to the doorbell, it doesn't capture a clear image of the person. It's pitch black. Please see the attached. Any idea on how to fix this issue?

Turn on WDR using win10 pc app.. Lots of advanced pictures settings to adjust
Any tips to hide the ugly wiring? Tia

you could use a cable concealer (found at Lowes/HD/Amazon/etc) to do something like this:

so my cost of the DB1 comes to 83+32+12+20=150ish plus i butchered the install( too many holes on the side of the door, plus its too high up and not pointed downwards, i can't really adjust it cuz i stripped the screws too. i used the wrong bit i think on the drill and then had to manually screw in the damn thing, took forever! plus theres a gap at the top so when it rains , water might get in and short the bell!) so many wrongs i did in the install..basically amateur install vs a pro electrician doing it lol)
i also get unstable network when i use ULTRA hi def streaming, im using the 2ghz wifi too..unable to hookup to 5ghz, smh

How do you set this up with synology surveillance? I can't seem to add this model. It's not listed. Also do you need to add the ezviz user account/password and if so, is the user name, admin?

I think you just add it as a generic rtsp camera, the syntax is found on ipcameratalk on the 1st post.

Username is admin... Password is on that card above QR code.. In Tiny letters all caps

So I enter the ip address of the EZVIZ Doorbell or synology NAS?

Those who have their installed, what kind of transformer do you have, single or more chimes, mechanical or digital?
Wondering if I should get a 16V 10VA or go for a 30VA for 2 mechanical chimes.

How many user can receive ring notifications on their smart device?
Does it ring like a phone call ?

I have the Eufy but haven't opened it yet, looking at this one because of the RTSP support which apparently isn't available on the Eufy yet.

Does the EZVIZ record 24/7 or just on motion trigger?
