[The Source] Honeywell Lyric T5 Wi-Fi Thermostat $29.96

Shoot, OOS online. I was going to grab one for my parents. I have been using this thermostat for a couple of years now and am very happy with it. It was a bit of a pain to set up, but has worked flawlessly ever since.

Got one when it was essentially only pay tax, as part of the rebate program. Works great with Alexa. Google doesn't always understand how to set it though.

Great price. Maybe there will be more sales if this model is being phased out.

I have one. It works fine, does the basics for a WiFi thermostat. There were a few issues with Honeywell support setting it up initially (online registration was borked at the time), and it tends to drop offline once in a while for no apparent reason (needs to be prodded from the router with a device poll to wake it up again).

For installation, be aware that it needs a C wire for 24vac power.
