Are there currently any welcome bonuses for new bank accounts from the big banks?

Tangerine isn't one of the big banks

Their monthly fees are expensive at $15.95 / month.

But the $300 bonus is deposited within 4 week so I could always cancel the account after getting the bonus.

All big banks IMO are expensive unless their convenience bears u some merit. I’ve been with tangerine for 8 years and zero fees plus a 5000 over draft though I do use a Cibc line of crédit which is like a free checking account
