Are there Extended battery for charging laptops?

There are portable battery to charge cellphone
Is there any to charge laptop? And how reliable are they?
Some laptop doesnt have battery swipe so was thinking if there is any extended battery for laptop

You could lug around a UPS, the smaller one made for networks. Around $40 or so.

a) that battery pack is USB and AC only. It doesn't support direct laptop dc charging like the anker/romoss battery packs. You are essentially converting 5 volt DC to 117 vac and back down again to 11-19 vdc. You probably lose 35-50% of the pack run time due to the inefficient double conversion

b) Running a 17" i7 gaming laptop from an external battery pack ? You are better off buying a 100 ft extension cord
