Is there a way we can open a brokerage account with FUTU

It was a very powerful trading tool in Hong Kong, not sure if I can open an account in Canada.

Similar question, can I open a Robinhood account in Canada?

Other than wealthsimple and IBKR, is there any other low cost brokerage?

I also use Tiger Broker: https://www.tigerbrokers.com.sg/
They allow non- Singapore residents to open a trading account, but I don't know how smooth the fund deposit/withdrawal from non-Singapore bank accounts would be: https://www.tigerbrokers.com.sg/help/de ... nt-funding
(I have a multi-currency account with DBS Bank in Singapore, so it works out fine for me).

IBKR has recently removed the monthly fee, is there a reason you don't want to go with IBKR?
