Thinking about buying a rental property in Woodstock, Ontario......

Hey everyone. I am a new investor looking to buy a rental property in Woodstock, Ontario. Here are a couple questions I have. Thank you for your time!

- Does anyone have experience with Woodstock and would recommend buying there?
- I am hoping to purchase a legal detached duplex or triplex and I am trying to learn current rental rates. Looking to rent the top and bottom of a house.
