Thoughts on the Calgary market??

I’ve been seeing a lot of constructions in Calgary yet I understand the market isn’t doing so well. At the same time , there are pre con agents pushing for these projects that are obviously cheaper than Toronto. Anyone have any legit opinion on whether it is smart to invest in Calgary at the moment ?

Last year Alberta lost 20000 jobs. What do you think?
