[Ticketmaster] The Weeknd/Doja Cat concerts - Spotify Early Access

Spotify presale for the Weeknd tickets.

Seems tickets are going fast.

Presale code - 4FTERHOURSD4WN

I was expecting high prices, but $350 for 500 level seats? That's impressive. But hey, charge what the market will bear, since most of the seats (at least for the presale) are gone.

Blown away at the prices people will pay for this. Mind you it seems that most of the Amex presale tickets are still for sale - so perhaps the Spotify presale was just very few tickets?

Love The Weeknd, but not this much. Thanks for the heads up OP and for those who do go, hope you have a blast!

Looking at these prices makes me even sadder that they cancelled the Scotiabank dates. Those were a fraction of the cost.

Most RFD guys are not interested in going to a concert, let alone a $500 one.

At these prices, will have to find something else to do that Weeknd.

Yes, most RFD'ers are cheap (myself included) but why wouldn't they be interested in a concert? If tickets are available before the public, I'm sure there are fans that are interested. There is even resale value.

I think you need a coffee..

Agreed.. paid $200 for section 100 at Scotiabank Arena before they cancelled. They released the past purchaser resale tickets last Friday and tickets sold out quick.

Ex. Section 228 at Rogers Centre was $150 each but is now going for double.. Can only get Section 500s for $170 now with AMEX presale.

PS. Doja Cat is touring with him too

edit: "SHOWTIME" is another early access code for Live Nation subscribers

No idea what you mean by this comment. I love going to concerts. Try to catch a few a year. Often get good deals on Groupon for lawns at the amphitheatre at Ontario place. Very few bands I would spend this kind of money on, and at $350+ I would expect to be very close to the stage.

I think they may be right tho to some extent. There are a ton of people that have no interest in going to a concert, especially for $500

idk how I did it, but during the first few mins of the presale I was able to get section C6 row 1 for $400 each... once I refreshed the tickets in that section were all "PLATINUM" and $1500 each

Its really 2 extremes, you have people here looking for cheap lunch, freebies, price errors etc. Then you have the people with more money than sense fawning over $2000 winter jackets and the newest $3000 item from Apple. Kinds of a crazy contrast.

There were a couple of Amex Front of the Line tickets that were $337 plus the B.S. fees. IMO way better deal.
