There are like 10 other of the same kind $100 tim hortons card when I did an eBay search and all the sellers had 1 or 2 ratings. This one happens to have more. Looks like a scam to me. Although if PayPal covers physical gift cards then I mean you'll only lose on the week it takes to get your money back from them.

So I have question for all of you.

If someone post kijiji and selling timhorton card for half price. You can still validate your card instore. Do you still buy from him/her .. regarding how he got these gift card?
Got one time... the person said he play "fantasy sport/football" and he explained that he got this by playing/winning. I end up bought $100 gift card from him and no issue.
At the end of day, I transfered his TimHorton Gift Card value to my older Timshorton gift card.

The question I have is Do you care where you get these gift card from ... as long as you got them for 'cheaper' price?
People can "make" up stories...
