Not very many reviews on the Pro Ballast boots, but one of the two reviews on timberland.ca and two of the the ten reviews on marks.com state that the heel ripped prematurely.

Not the variant I am looking for but the timberland I tried at shoe stores were wildly different sizes than sneakers or casual shoes so I want to order at least 2 sizes and return one.
You're right. The word premium is not in the title but I believe it may be the same shoe. I was. Just noticed though when you are looking at the product details for the wheat nubuck colour, they don't mention premium. Change the colour to black nubuck and it says that they are premium.
I blame US shoe size convention. Why do they have different scales for men, women, and kids.
