For people unfamiliar, Toastmasters is worldwide organization. Its goal is to help members improve their public speaking skills. All are welcome.
I've done a few in person and it's quite beneficial. Makes you realize how often you might be using 'filler' words (like umm, ah, etc). You also meet people from a huge cross section of professions, great for networking.
You can visit as a guest as many times as you want for FREE!
