Bought an American standard vortex. Exclude to HD. Lasted 6 months before having issues. HD refused to deal with it and American standard said I have to deal with HD. After 1 year of getting nowhere I had a plumber come in and look at. He said these were very problematic and parts were extremely had to obtain. So I left it again for a couple of months until toilet needed repair. That plumber ordered the part which was only available thru American standard but still failed.
Very disappointing that American standard and HD tailed me. Ended up getting a Toto. Price differ of $150 but a much better toilet.
