Is it true that you can get full refund of ticket before 2pm each day? I read it somewhere

Includes grounds admission from 11 am until 2 pm on weekdays. EXcelunch tickets are available at Saskatchewan Gates, TTC/GO Gates and Princes' Gates from 11 am to 2 pm weekdays, excluding Labour Day Monday. Refund issued at the same entrance gate if you leave by 2pm.

If anyone is looking to go on Saturday August 19 just buy Argos tickets. You get free admission to the CNE with a purchase of Toronto Argos tickets. I bought mine for $10 usd each ticket.

bump - happens today. As for crowds, recommend either going right when it opens or sometime before 4pm. it'll get crazy busy after that if weather is nice
