Don't bother, very limited tickets for group 1, long waiting list, random decisions by the organizer on who gets to go. Sounds like alot of members kiss ass and unhappy with the process. Tickets are for 1 person only, sucks if you have a partner who wants to go too.

Yeah. 100% agree. The first group leader (Belinda) seems to really play favorites. I too was moved somewhat arbitrarily from attendee list to waiting list even though I have great record.

I wrote this in the comment's for Belinda's group. Wonder if she'll kick me out :)
"Maybe it'd be better to put everyone on waiting list first and then move the ones that you want to attend. Speaking from experience, getting bumped from 'attending' to 'waiting list' is very disheartening."

The second Meetup group leader (Matthew) is very nice. I was able to get two free tickets from him.

Agreed, good concept, bad execution with Bel. Best to deal with Matthew. Enjoy the movie.

Yes, I'm also a member of Belinda's meetup group and have basically stopped going. She could give the soup Nazi lessons.
