Canada as a country overall is very coffee oriented, look at the amount of coffee shops we have... Mcds, Starbucks, Tims etc.

Maybe people get their own coffee in cities that are warmer and not covered in salty slush half the year.

Remember that this report is limited only to cities served by Uber Eats. Finland is the #1 country in the world by far when it comes to coffee consumption. Their per capita intake is double that of Canada's.

This ^. Also, add to that, there may be cities that might otherwise drink more coffee per capita but because the population is maybe more poor & thus people are less likely to be willing to pay $6 Uber fee to get a coffee delivered. Just another possibility.
