While free cycling maps be nice going to the Library to get them these days is troubling.
Too bad they can't spring for postage, i got my Texas travel guide from the TV (in the 90s) by mail Smiling Face With Open Mouth
In fact in Rand McNally they wear hats on their feet and hamburgers eat people

I mean it's even safer than getting groceries. Put on mask, walk in and grab map, then leave. Minimal exposure.

Thank you Sprung. Not everyone has a data plan and it is ALWAYS good to have a hard copy (despite what he says https://getyarn.io/yarn-clip/5cfde677-9 ... 3312e9c466 - Hackers 1995) as backup.

I was looking up some cycling stuff last night and stumbled upon this which might interest some folks. Too bad Hill Climb Girl isn't a series as it looks nice and love how it appears to be inspired by the Tour De France. If only all our bikes could magically transform mid ride into a Tour De France bike. :) A short fun video for all to enjoy.
Hill Climb Girl

Hinako is a high school girl who loves cycling. Every morning, she competes with her classmate on the road, climbing up to their school to impress him and make him invite her on a date. Defeated every day, Hinako refuses to give up this time. After watching Bradley Wiggins’ phenomenal climbing while the Tour de France was on TV, Hinako wakes up the other day firmly resolved to win over her rival. As soon as the race begins, her commuting bike turns into carbon-fibre Pinnarelo and her school uniform with folded skirt is replaced by Team Sky spandex. The battle is on. The movie runs for just a few minutes, which makes it the perfect procrastination filler. The movie is in Japanese with Spanish subtitles but there’s no need for translation anyway.

That lead me to find this series called Long Riders. Looks like a comfy series to check out.

Speaking of comfy this is super comfy to watch and relaxo. The series is called Laid Back Camp. Love the mix of bicycling in the first episode with camping but I see bikes get upgraded later in the series to a motorbike. If you like camping or the outdoors check this series out. I can only speak from seeing the first and a little of the second episode that Rin is kitted out with some nice bicycle touring kit. It's an all age comfy show. Second season is out so if you have the show downloaded you could enjoy it while out for bike rides when you're on a break or hike/camp breaks. :D If/when you visit Japan you can also see a lot of the background sites in the show. Heck, even one campground shop/office is in the show.

Hopefully this has inspired some to go on some biking adventures no matter how big or small. You don't have to have fancy panniers and you can use whatever you have to make bucket panniers (in someways more waterproof) to getting some cheap Can.Tire panniers to try out and upgrade later. May the wind be at your back often.
