TOSolds / Fraser Beach Out of Commission?

I used to get those daily 'just listed' reports from Fraser Beach / TOSolds every day, but now it's gone silent.

Has anyone else noticed this? Did he finally get cut off by TREB?

What if there were no hypothetical questions?

They are out since mid-March.
