Where do you enter this code on the TRU website? After submitted payment info?

EDIT: Noticed this is in store only... but still curious about how to enter coupon codes on their site.

Possible to share a screenshot of the email?

Also, as someone else mentioned, holders of RBC credit cards can go into the offers section on the website to activate a promo where you get a 20% credit for purchases at Toys R Us and also Sporting Life (exclusions apply).

With the two combined, where applicable, I'd say it's pretty hot.

R club coupons are usually not generic codes meaning one time use. Lately I haven't been getting the emailed coupons.

Got the coupon mail too.
Here is my plan...
Pick LEGO which have original price of $187.5 and having 20% off sale to be $150.
Then use $50 off for the $150 LEGO to drop the price to $100.
Pay by using RBC card to get 20% bounus back, to drop the cost to $80.
and receive a $10 LEGO gift card from ToyRUs.
It comes out a $70 spending to get LEGO of $187.5 which is about 63% off. :D

Any mistake here? the first I found is that I don't have a RBC card :(

The "excludes .94 items" made this not feasible for the item I was looking at. I did have an 10% off code for joining R Club and used that online. It only exclude Lego .94 items.

Thankfully this is all wrong at least as per the current flyer and the store I was in this morning (Wonderland London). Dec 5-11th for both the 20% off and the bonus $10 lego card. Just be wary about which lego sets you pick. I noticed that the 20% varied depending on which kind of lego it was. Star Wars for example was 20% off under $39.99 sets while Lego City was 20% off over $49.99 sets. Also Lego Advent calendars are 30% off. The $10 Lego bonus card promos were displayed prominently throughout the Lego section.

I had the same issue with a coupon code last week. I noticed after some trial and error that the coupon code field did not appear at all with an in store pick up order. The workaround I used was adding an item for delivery, then adding the code in the cart (the field was very easy to see at that point), then add the items I wanted for in store pick up, then delete the delivery item. The coupon code stayed in my cart after the removal of the delivery item.

Yeah... I figured out that once you add items to your Cart... you then have to "VIEW CART" first and add the coupon... then "GO TO CHECKOUT". If you just "GO TO CHECKOUT", you never see the field to enter coupon codes. Stupid website design.
