No one at calgary macleod knew about this promo and there was no ad materials. The toys did scan at b1g1 but if they dont... good luck.

100%. If you purchase from ToysRUs.ca during a crazy sale, be prepared to be disappointed by having your order cancelled after being hung to dry for a couple weeks. Buy in store or price match elsewhere. Do not support the horrendous service that Toys R Us Canada online delivers.

They canceled half of the gifts I bought during black friday, and I'm still not even sure if my order is complete or not. I submitted a price protection request like a week or two ago and got no response, and submitted a complaint asking what is going on with my order from last month and they haven't responded to that at all either. Most of the items they canceled from my order remained "in stock" on the web site and orderable the entire time.

It's such a disgrace of an online shopping experience considering it's almost 2020. Everyone else figured out how to do this 15 years ago.

same here, ordered twice when those baby seats went for sale, both order got cancelled, worse company. its holiday season and their gift card system online and over the phone has been down for months. stores like these deserve to go under.
