TRU is having a BOGO 50% event on selected brand names. TRU price matches in-stock items and sold by Amazon.ca. Amazon is selling Lego (and other toy brands) on sale around 30%-35% off (expiry unknown by OP). TRU will stack both the price match and BOGO event for your purchase.

Regular price for two Lego toys (before tax): $140
Price after price matching and BOGO 50% off: $76
Savings: 46%
Comment: If you buy two identical Lego sets, the total savings should be closer to 50% off.
Example: Ninjago Jay Dragon - $34 on Amazon, $50 at TRU
$34 + $17 = $51
$51 / (2 x $50) = 49% savings
Two Lego Thanos sets should be 51% savings. ($59 + $29.5) / (2 x $90) = 51% savings
Other brand names listed on the BOGO event may have a sale on Amazon also but was not checked by OP
