Not the least expensive it's been, but the lowest it's been since boxing day according to camelx3.

I think Eba*tes will give another 3% under the category "computer". Seem like a good deal.

The same model was on sale on CC for the same price on Victoria Day weekend. I bought one that day because my router died and it was the only one on sale with the minimum specs I was looking for :)

Considering that price is near the sale prices of ASUS RT-AC68 series, Netgear R7000, hardware components and performance is not up to par of those two, not worth it.

I recently put dd-wrt on this unit and it gave a huge increase in range and throughput (once I tweaked the settings). A+ rating for this baby.

Could you share what settings you modified? Did you just change the channel and are you using AC or mix of b/g/n Thanks!

that doesnt sound possible. doesnt installing dd-wrt on this router render the hardware NAT unusable since its proprietary? stock should be faster (just with less features)

I would recommend going through this tutorial step-by-step to tweak the settings: http://dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/QCA_wireless_settings
I currently only use wireless n because I don't need to transfer a lot of big files across the network right now, but I plan to set up ac once I start streaming OTA to my fire TV. I was able to get my max 25 Mbps download speed in a room that used to barely get an intermittent, weak signal.
